Dubaï is also the city of all records and contrasts. Since 2000, it has the most important growth rate in the world. Dubaï's emblem, the Burj Al Arab is the highest hotel in the world (321 meters) and the only seven-star one! The Palms are artificial palm tree-shaped islands that are going to provide facilities such as appartments, villas, hotels and shops. The World is composed of 300 artificial planisphere-shaped islands measuring 6 kilometres by 9, where will be featured all the countries of the world. These islets are for sale for the modest sum of 6 to 36 millions dollars... A 800 metre high tower is being built... Dubaï's success relies on a huge pool of immigrant labour force, totalizing 92% of the population- the most important ratio in the world...
